Context

Tovar Arquitectura works in architecture and construction. In construction supervision and technical oversight, every site visit, observation and sign-off leaves evidence that later becomes a technical report. The quality of that report depends on how well the process was recorded while it happened.

The challenge for Tovar Arquitectura

When oversight is documented in scattered files and emails, putting together a technical report takes time and reconstructing what happened on site gets hard. Tovar Arquitectura needed control over every supervision process and a faster way to deliver its reports, without manually consolidating information.

The hypothesis

If every supervision process is recorded on a single platform, the technical report stops being a separate task: it's built from information that already exists, and anyone on the team can see the status of every process.

What we did

Mapped Tovar Arquitectura's supervision and technical oversight processes with their team, following our discovery, requirements, UX/UI and development method.
Designed and built a custom SaaS platform to record and track every process from the start.
Worked in Scrum for 12 months with our nearshore team in Bogotá, validating each sprint with the people who would use it.
Connected process records to technical report preparation to shorten delivery time.
