How to access our data processing policy
You can read our Personal Data Processing Policy at wearedatalab.com/en/privacy-policy/. It includes the full procedure to file inquiries and claims.
About us
Our website address is https://wearedatalab.com. The data controller is WE ARE DATALAB S.A.S., NIT 900.480.799-9, headquartered in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. For inquiries, claims or to exercise your rights, email soporte-tecnico@wearedatalab.co or call +57 301 266 0120.
Web forms and CRM
The data you enter in the contact or quote forms on this site (name, work email, phone number with country code, company, service of interest and message) is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to a server operated by WE ARE DATALAB S.A.S., which validates the request and records it in DataLab's CRM so our sales team can answer it. The form is only submitted if you accept the privacy policy.
If you use the WhatsApp button, the details you enter before opening the chat follow the same encrypted path to the CRM, and then the conversation opens in WhatsApp, whose use is also subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy. Your browser never connects directly to the CRM: its credentials, tokens and internal addresses exist only on the server, and the site code that runs in your browser contains no access keys or tokens.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Consent Mode v2 with prior consent: until you accept, analytics and advertising stay denied by default and no cookies of those types are set. While consent is denied, Google may receive basic signals without cookies or persistent identifiers, which it uses to estimate aggregate data.
- Necessary (always on): cookies and local storage that keep the site working and remember your choices, such as your cookie decision or the version you chose to view (desktop or mobile,
dl_viewcookie). - Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures visits, page views, traffic sources and form submissions in aggregate. It uses cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*, which last up to two years. When enabled, Microsoft Clarity records how the site is used (clicks, scrolling and session replays) to improve usability. - Advertising (only if you accept): when active, tags from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn measure our campaigns and allow us to show you DataLab ads.
The providers of these tools (Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn) process data under their own privacy policies and may do so outside Colombia.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images or posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website.
Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking that interaction if you have an account and are signed in to that website.
How long we keep your data
Data you send through the forms or the WhatsApp button is kept in the CRM for as long as it is needed for the purposes described and in line with the retention terms of our Personal Data Processing Policy. Once those purposes are fulfilled, it is deleted unless there is a legal or contractual duty to keep it. Analytics data is kept in aggregate according to the Google Analytics retention settings. This site has no user registration and no comments section.
